Refund Policy


We will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund. Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package. We do not offer a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for return your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received them. It must be also in the original packaging with the tag attached. We don't accept damaged items or items with signs of usage.

Once we received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 7 to 10 business days.


Late or missing refunds(if applicable)

In case you haven't received a refund yet, first check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please note that it will take some processing time before a refund is issued. Sale items(if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items can unfortunately not be refunded.


Exchanges(if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are damaged or defect. We will offer exchange for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging. An exchange can only be given on items return within 14 days after receipt of the order. In the event you need to exchange your item for another item or another size, please contact us at


Return costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shippings costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.


If you are shipping an item to receive a refund or an exchange. It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we are not responsible for your lost item. When we don't receive your returned item, we do not offer a refund or exchange. 


Faulty items

We will return a product for faulty when has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason of failure. We will not return a product for faulty if it is not covered by our warranty policy of if the product was damaged while being used in a way that was not intended. The extent of use is at the discretion of fromstrangerstolovers and will be judged in a reasonable way. In case you have received an item that is faulty, or an incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you to solve this problem as soon as possible. Please send an e-mail to including the image of the item showing the fault, a description and your order details. 



Damaged goods by shipping  

Make sure to check your item(s) once you receive your order. Any harm or damage from delivery must be accounted for to us within 14 days after you received your order. In case you get your item(s) and it has been damaged during shipment. Please contact us at with images and a description of the damaged goods. This information is very helpful to us in ensuring that our items are sent appropriately. We will process a refund for damaged goods and you can make your order again
