Pricing

After we have dispatched your order, you will receive an additional e-mail with the tracking information. You can use this information to track your order until it is delivered. 

Netherlands and Belgium

All orders placed before 14:00(CET) on working days, will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days. We offer standard shipping to your preferred adres or you can pick up your order at a local PostNL pick-up point whenever it suits you best. 

When you want to return your product for any reason. You can use our return portal to return your products fast and easily.  https://fromstrangerstolovers.shipping-portal.com/rp/

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package. We do not offer a refund or an exchange.

 

To be eligible for return or an exchange your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received them. It must be also in the original packaging with the tag attached. We don't accept damaged items or items with signs of usage.

We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office boxes or FPO addresses.  

We do our absolute best to get in touch with you as soon as possible. However it can take our customer service up to 48 hours to respond. Sending multiple e-mails only delays our response, please email us once.

If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of these import duties and taxes. We have no control about these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delay beyond original estimated delivery dates. When ordering from our website, you are considered as 'importer of the product' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be responsible if you don't comply with these laws and regulations.

Our checkout is managed by Shopify payments which is powered by Stripe

We do our best to ensure our clothes fit true to size, however or clothes have a boxy fit. In case you are unsure, we recommend you select your usual size. If you are between a size, we would suggest choosing the bigger size of the two. For more information about sizes, you can check the size guide on the sizing page.
