Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location and local delivery service. Normally, you will receive your order within The Netherlands within 24 to 48 hours. Orders sent to Europe Zone 1 will take 1-3 working days and 2-5 working days for Europe Zone 2. You can see more about countries in each zone on our shipping page. Worldwide deliveries may take up to 3-7 working days.
Please note that during sale periods and holidays it may take longer for your order to arrive.

As soon as your order enters our system, we do our absolute best to ship it early as possible. During times of high demand, this process might take longer than usual.
Sometimes, your confirmation may take a little longer. If you haven't received your confirmation after one hour, please check your spam filter and that you have provided us with the correct email address. Contact us on support@fstl.nl if you checked as mentioned above and still haven't received your order confirmation.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
Returns & Refunds
You can make your return request through this form, you only need the order number and email. Our return platform allows you to immediately receive both the return label by email and the refund in the original method of payment or through an IBAN number.
From Strangers To Lovers is not responsible for the amounts of the delivery logistics efforts in case of a request for a refund.
From the moment your order is shipped, you have 28 daysto register your return request as long as the conditions of our
return policy are met.
We aim to process your refund within 7 business days after receiving your return. The refund will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we process your return.
Refunds are not possible on sale items.
We will not refund the shipping costs.
If you bought online, you can also return your items by mail. Since the date of shipment, you have28 days to register your return request through this form. You only need the track & trace number and zip-code.
Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You will immediately receive both the return label by email as well as the refund in the original method of payment, through an IBAN number.

Size & Fitting
When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website.
Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for an oversized fitting we would recommend for you to order a size larger than your perfect fit.
