Shipping policy

Once we have received your order, we will do our absolute best to ship it as soon as possible. All orders placed are attempted to be dispatched the same day. In the event that it is not possible to achieve this, your order will be dispatched the next day. All orders are provided with a trackable service.

After we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail with all the tracking information regarding to your order. You can track your order by using the tracking number you received in this e-mail.

 

Shipping times

Deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

all orders placed on working days, will be delivered within the next 1 to 3 working days.

 

Deliveries within Europe Zone 1:

from 2 to 7 working days

 

Deliveries Within Europe Zone 2:

from 3 to 10 working days

 

Europe Zone 1: 

Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Spain, Sweden.

 

Europe Zone 2:

Free shipping

To receive free shipping, your order value has to be over:

- €65,00 for The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

- €150,00 for Europe Zone 1 & 2.

 

International shipping

If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of these import duties and taxes. We have no control about these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delay beyond original estimated delivery dates. When ordering from our website, you are considered as 'importer of the product' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be responsible if you don't comply with these laws and regulations.

 

Drops, sale and holidays 

Because of the high demand during drops or sale, orders placed during these occasions are only confirmed after receiving a shipping confirmation e-mail. Therefore it is possible that your order will be canceled because of out of stock items. Please be aware of a longer delivery time due to the holidays.
